Event Attendance for Teams

You can view your team attendance history on the attendance page.


This page displays a history of all your events and each player, coach, manager, and parent's attendance.  You can also export this information to a spreadsheet.



The attendance is directly tied to each event you create (see our article on creating events).  Members can update their own attendance on the event page or when they receive the notification to attend the event. You can mark their attendance for them by clicking on the grey checkbox and selecting their attendance status on the attendance page.  You can also mark their attendance for them on the event page.

You can change the default 'no response' attendance setting in the 'player settings' tab of the settings area:
